Wayfarer Camp update – 8 weeks out

By April 29, 2009Uncategorized

We are now less than eight weeks away from the first-ever Wayfarer Camp at Anderson University! It’s an exciting time as we continue to work through all the details that need to happen for camp.

Here are a few things that we’re working on right now:

*Kim Rhodes is putting together the packet for youth ministers, and that packet will go out this week. This means we’re ready to start putting together housing and community group details and many of the other things that go into making camp a huge success.

*We’re ironing out final details for our camp service project. It’s a secret, but we can tell you this: It’s going to make a big splash in Anderson.

*We’re also working on camp T-shirts and starting to think about worship service programming and camp curriculum details.

All in all, it’s a great time. If your church is coming to Wayfarer Camp, sign up to come with them. If you want to come on your own, let us know and we’ll hook you up with a group. It’s going to be a great week as we all go On the Verge at Wayfarer Camp.
